The Latino Court Officers Society congratulates our member, Associate Surrogate’s Court Clerk, SPC William Hernandez. He became the New York Guard’s soldier of the year in 2017. On February 2, William received recognition by Chief Judge Janet DiFiore for his outstanding contributions to our State’s Military Forces.
